cavata cassel e.V., a society founded in Kassel in 2011, has made a name for itself by developing the city's musical treasures. The association hosts regular concerts presenting music from the repertoire of the Kassel Court Orchestra during the Late Renaissance. This mirrors the rich cultural heritage which was amassed during a forgotten illustrious period of the city's history. Cavata cassel e.V. has dedicated itself to fostering this heritage.

The Evangelical Academy Hofgeismar is active in the field of current issues in the region and considers itself a center for interdisciplinary dialogue concerning subjects which are of interest not only to the region. For this reason the Academy collaborates with partners.
